Babadajhan And Kaakhka Textile Factories

Description

Covering a combined indoor area of 160,000 m² across the Ahal region of Turkmenistan, the Babadaýhan and Kaka Textile Complexes represent major state-of-the-art investments in fully integrated cotton processing and garment production. Delivered under a single general contracting, textile climatization, and electromechanical scope, both facilities feature four core production units: yarn spinning, weaving, dyeing-finishing, and ready-to-wear garment manufacturing. Equipped with advanced machinery from global textile technology leaders, the complexes support high-volume manufacturing, producing over 6,900 tons of high-grade cotton yarn, 32 million square meters of woven fabrics (including satin, jacquard, ranforce, and gabardine), and nearly 4.7 million finished textile items annually under the "Mäne" and "Jeýtun" brands for domestic and international export. The electromechanical and textile climatization installations ensure strict climate, temperature, and humidity regulation required to comply with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, and SA 8000 certifications.
