Situated along the prominent Büyükdere Avenue corporate corridor in Istanbul, this modern commercial tower encompasses a total area of 30,000 m² (including a 22,000 m² enclosed building footprint) structured across 5 basement levels and 10 executive office floors. Designed to support contemporary high-density corporate office demands, the facility integrates high-efficiency building infrastructure. The mechanical contracting scope delivered comprehensive MEP and system automation works across the entire facility. Technical execution encompassed primary HVAC and ventilation systems, domestic water supply and sanitation infrastructure, central fire detection and sprinkler suppression networks, and a central Building Management System (BMS) to optimize climate control and operational efficiency throughout the office levels and multi-story underground facilities.
