Situated along the prestigious Levent-Maslak business corridor on Büyükdere Avenue in Esentepe, Istanbul, Tekfen Tower is a premier 26-story Class-A office skyscraper standing 118 meters tall. Certified with a LEED Gold rating for its sustainable and eco-friendly design, the landmark tower features direct access to major metro lines and city transit networks. The mechanical contracting scope delivered comprehensive MEP and HVAC installations across a total indoor footprint of 80,000 m², encompassing high-density executive office floors, common amenity areas, and multi-level underground parking garages. Technical execution included high-efficiency central chiller and heating plants, variable air volume (VAV) climate control systems, mechanical smoke management and jet-fan garage ventilation, automatic sprinkler fire protection networks, domestic water distribution, and a centralized Building Management System (BMS) for energy-optimized operations.
