Pelsan Textile New Factory

Executed under a comprehensive general contracting scope, this project encompasses the construction and modernization of the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for Pelsan, Turkey's pioneering producer of breathable polyethylene (PE) films and backsheets. Designed to support advanced production lines for hygiene products, medical-grade laminated textiles, industrial roofing and insulation membranes, and custom PE compounds, the expanded plant incorporates cutting-edge environmental infrastructure. Built with a focus on sustainability, the facility features integrated energy-efficiency systems, heat recovery units, zero-waste capabilities, and SolarWall renewable air heating technology.
