Designed with low-rise horizontal architecture featuring traditional bay-window (cumbalı) facades along a 220-meter boulevard frontage, the European Property Award-winning and LEED Gold-targeted complex seamlessly integrates restored heritage structures with modern infrastructure. The extensive mixed-use project delivers premium residential units, corporate office buildings, the 110-room Canopy by Hilton hotel, concept retail streets, art galleries, dining venues, and a multi-story underground parking facility.
