Sasa Poy and Textturized Yarn Production Plant

Specialized textile climatization and mechanical systems were delivered for SASA’s POY and Texturized Yarn Production Plant in Adana, Turkey. Engineered with Industry 4.0 automation, the facility produces up to 350,000 tons of Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) and 175,000 tons of texturized yarn annually for applications spanning apparel, home textiles, automotive, packaging, and medical sectors. The mechanical and environmental control scope focused on high-precision HVAC and textile climatization systems to maintain strict temperature and relative humidity parameters critical for synthetic filament extrusion, spinning tension, yarn texturizing, and integrated quality control testing.
