Hotel Arkadag

Spread across an expansive footprint of more than 220,000 m², the 5-star Arkadag Hotel in Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, features a 14-story semicircular main building standing 76.5 meters tall and spanning 290 meters in length. The MEP scope comprised the complete engineering and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing infrastructure tailored for a premier hospitality and resort complex. In addition to high-end guest accommodations, conference halls, and a full-service SPA with swimming pools and saunas, the mechanical and electrical installations extend across the complex's outdoor grounds, serving an artificial river network, landscaped walking parks, and a traditional yurt-shaped (Ak Öý) national cuisine restaurant.
