The mechanical contracting scope delivered heavy-duty HVAC, plumbing, and specialty mechanical infrastructure engineered to serve high-occupancy public areas, including a 724 m² Grand Ballroom, panoramic high-rise dining venues such as the 21st-floor Pan-Asian restaurant, and an extensive wellness center featuring an indoor swimming pool, spa, jacuzzi, and sauna. Beyond standard climate controls, the technical scope integrated specialized radiant underfloor heating across guest accommodations and eight thematic Presidential Suites, ensuring maximum comfort and energy efficiency throughout the complex.
