Navoi-2 Combined Heat and Power Plant

Description

English
Encompassing complete design, manufacturing, and field installation services, the project scope delivered nine cylindrical and one prismatic storage tanks for the 450 MW Navoi-2 Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) in Uzbekistan. Serving as a crucial utility expansion for the facility—which features a 312 MW Mitsubishi Power gas turbine and a 138 MW steam turbine—the storage tanks support the plant's dual-fuel infrastructure (natural gas primary with backup fuel oil/mazut) and process water systems. The custom-engineered tank network underpins continuous power output for the national grid, process steam delivery to the Navoi Free Industrial Economic Zone, and regional hot water district heating.
