Situated in the heart of Ataşehir on the Asian side of Istanbul, Palladium Ataşehir is a premier mixed-use destination featuring a major retail shopping center with nearly 40,000 m² of leasable area and an iconic 32-story residential tower recognized for its signature giant glass sphere architectural feature. The retail complex houses 190 international and national brands, a daylight-filled food court, a 10-screen cinema complex, and dedicated family entertainment zones, all directly integrated with the high-rise luxury residence. The mechanical contracting scope delivered comprehensive MEP and HVAC installations across a 20,000 m² indoor construction footprint encompassing residential spaces, commercial zones, and multi-level underground parking garages. Technical execution included central heating and cooling plants, precision climate control, mechanical smoke extraction and jet-fan garage ventilation, automatic fire suppression systems, domestic water distribution, and centralized Building Management System (BMS) integration.
