Trump Shopping Mall and Carpark

Situated in the Mecidiyeköy business district of Istanbul, Trump Shopping Center (Trump AVM) is an iconic commercial development featuring 62,000 m² of retail and entertainment space alongside a 1,000-vehicle underground parking garage. The mall houses approximately 180 international and local retail stores, a multiplex cinema, a dedicated 9,000 m² children's entertainment floor with a specialized children's theater, and Trump Cadde—an open-air terrace dining concept constructed using modular container units. The mechanical contracting scope delivered comprehensive MEP and HVAC installations across the entire 62,000 m² complex and multi-level parking facility. Technical execution encompassed high-capacity central chillers and heating plants, variable air volume (VAV) and primary air handling units for retail spaces, dedicated clean air and exhaust systems for open-air and indoor dining zones, smoke extraction and jet-fan park ventilation, automatic sprinkler fire protection systems, and centralized Building Management System (BMS) integration.
